Reference PSX letter bearing No. PSX/Gen-176, Dated February 03, 2026, on the captioned subject regarding unusual movement in the price of the shares of the company.

In this regard, we would like to inform that we are not aware of any specific reasonymaterial information in terms of section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015 and clause

5.6.3 of PSX Regulations, which may have resulted in unusual movement in the share price of the Company, which has not been disclosed to the market through PUCARS.

The Company is completely aware of and will continue to ensure compliance with all PSX Rules & Regulations including other relevant regulatory requirements.
