Shareholders of Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited (Company) are hereby informed that Final Cash Dividend at Rs. 10.00 per shore i.e. (100%) for the year ended December 31, 2025 has been credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of the Shareholders of the Company on April 06, 2026 to those Shareholders who have submitted/provided their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) with 24-digit International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN).

Details of the net amount credited, number of shores held, total amount of cash dividend and tax deductions have been uploaded at CDC Repository Web portal maintained by CDC Shore Registrar Services Limited as required by low. Shareholders may obtain aforesaid details from Centralized Cash Dividend Register in electronic form for record purposes or tax filing by registering for e-Dividend at https://eservices.cdcoccess.com.pk/public/investorRegistration.xhtml

Further, in compliance with the requirement of Companies Act, 2017 and Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, the Company has withheld payment of cash dividend of those shareholders whose National Identity Cord (CNIC) and/or valid and complete bank account details (including 24 digit IBAN) are not available with the Company.

Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to contacf the Company's Share Registrar Office, CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block B, SMCHS, Main Shoroh-e-Faisal, Karachi, or Participant/Investor Account Services Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (as the case may be) along with legible and valid copy of their CNIC(s) and provide their complete and correct bank account details including 24-digit "IBAN" by filling the form available at the Company's website hNps://www. jubileelife.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Bank
