Payment of Interim Cosh Dividend - 2025
Shareholders of Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited (Company) ore hereby informed thot Interim Cosh Dividend for the year 2025 at Rs. 3.00 per shore i.e. (30%) has been credited electronico lly into the designated bank accounts of the Shareholders of the Company on September 03, 2025, who hove submitted/provided their valid Computerized National Identity Cord (CNIC) with 24-digit International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN).
Details of the net amount credited, number of shores held, total amount of cosh dividend, withholding tax and Zokot deductions hove been uploaded at CDC Repository Web portal maintained by CDC Shore Registrar Services Limited as required by low. Shareholders may obtain aforesaid details from Centralized Cosh Dividend Register in electronic form for record purposes or tax filing by registering for e-Dividend at https://eservices.cdcoccess. com.pk/public/investorRegisfrofion.xhtml
Further, in compliance with the requirement of Companies Act, 2017 and Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, the Company has withheld payment of cosh dividend of those Shareholders whose National Identity Co rd (CNIC) and/or valid and complete bank account details (including 24-digit IBAN) ore not available with the Company.
Accordingly, Shareholders ore advised to contact the Company's Shore Registrar Office, CDC Shore Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block B, SMCHS, Main Shoroh-e-Faisal, Karachi, or Participant/Investor Account Services Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (as the case may be) along with legible and valid copy of their CNIC(s) and provide their complete and correct bank account details including 24-digit "IBAN" by filling the form available at the Company's website link https://www.j ubileelife.com/assets/documents/ Bank-Mandate-Form.pdf
The payment of withheld dividend amount will be released/made electronically within 15 days of the requisite information.
