Indexa Capital Group, S.A. ("Indexa Capital Group" or "The Company"), in accordance with the provisions of article 227 of the consolidated text of the Law 6/2023, of March 17, on Market Securities and Investment Services, and its concordant provisions, as well as with the provisions of article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on Market Abuse, and Circular 3/2020 of the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity modified by Circular 2/2022 , hereby informs you of the following information:

Indexa Capital Group, S.A. hereby informs that the Supervision Department of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles Sistemas de Negociación, S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as "BME") has agreed to modify, as set out in Operating Instruction 12/2025 published yesterday, the trading modality of the shares of the Company, which will move from being traded under the fixing system to the general trading system, in accordance with the rules and parameters established in said Operating Instruction.
This change will be effective as of December 22, 2025.
As from that date, the Company's shares will be traded, among other things, under the following conditions:
Trading system: general trading
Market: BME Growth
ISIN code: ES0105702007
Ticker: INDXA
Trading hours: continuous trading from 09:00 to 17:30 (with an opening auction from 08:30 to 09:00 and a closing auction from 17:30 to 17:35).
BME has agreed to this change in the trading system after analysing the current liquidity and dissemination of Indexa Capital Group, S.A. shares on the Market.
The Company considers that this change will contribute to improve the liquidity of the share, facilitate price formation, provide greater flexibility to its current and future shareholders, facilitating access to new profiles of national and international investors.
In compliance with the provisions of BME MTF Equity Circular 3/2020, it is hereby expressly stated that the information provided has been prepared under the sole responsibility of the Company and its directors.

Español: otra información relevante - cambio en la modalidad de contratación
Indexa Capital Group S.A. (en adelante también "la Sociedad"), informa que el Departamento de Supervisión de Bolsas y Mercados Españoles Sistemas de Negociación, S.A. (en adelante también "BME"), ha acordado modificar, tal y como recoge la Instrucción Operativa 12/2025 publicada en el día de ayer, la modalidad de negociación de las acciones de la Sociedad, que pasarán de negociarse en la modalidad de fixing a la modalidad de contratación general, de acuerdo con las normas y parámetros que se establecen en dicha Instrucción Operativa.
Este cambio será efectivo a partir del 22/12/2025.
A partir de dicha fecha, las acciones de la Sociedad se negociarán, entre otras, bajo las siguientes condiciones:

Ticker: INDXA
Horario: Contratación de forma continua desde las 09:00 hasta las 17:30 (con una subasta de apertura de 08:30 a 09:00 y una de cierre de 17:30 a 17:35).
BME ha acordado este cambio en la modalidad de contratación tras analizar la liquidez y difusión que presentan actualmente en el Mercado las acciones de Indexa Capital Group, S.A.
La Sociedad considera que esta modificación contribuirá a mejorar la liquidez de la acción, facilitar la formación de precios, aportar mayor flexibilidad a sus accionistas actuales y futuros, facilitando el acceso a nuevos perfiles de inversores nacionales e internacionales.
En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la Circular 3/2020 del BME MTF Equity se deja expresa constancia de que la información comunicada por la presente ha sido elaborada bajo la exclusiva responsabilidad de la Sociedad y sus administradores.
