Indexa Capital Group, S.A. ("Indexa Capital Group" or "The Company"), in accordance with the provisions of article 227 of the consolidated text of the Law 6/2023, of March 17, on Market Securities and Investment Services, and its concordant provisions, as well as with the provisions of article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on Market Abuse, and Circular 3/2020 of the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity modified by Circular 2/2022 , hereby informs you of the following information:

Further to the Other Relevant Information published on May 6, 2025, following the meeting of the Board of Directors of Indexa Capital Group S.A., held on March 25, 2025, in which it resolved to
establish a Share Buyback Program (the "Buyback Program"), pursuant to the authorization granted in its favor under resolution Sixth of the General Shareholders' Meeting held on May 17, 2023, for the derivative acquisition of the Company's own shares, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on Market Abuse, and Articles 2.2 and
2.3 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016, the Company hereby reports that it has carried out the following transactions (based on the information provided by Renta 4 Banco, S.A. in its capacity as managing entity of the Buyback Program) during the period from November 3 to November 7, 2025.

The transactions have been carried out under the share buy-back programme with the purpose to fulfill obligations arising from stock-based compensation commitments to executives, advisors, and directors of the Company or affiliated companies, and were executed by Renta 4 Banco.
In compliance with the provisions of BME MTF Equity Circular 3/2020, it is hereby expressly stated that the information provided has been prepared under the sole responsibility of the Company and its directors.

Como continuación de la Otra Información Relevante publicada el día 6 de mayo de 2025, tras el Consejo de Administración de Indexa Capital Group S.A., celebrado en fecha 25 de marzo de 2025 en el cual se ha acordado establecer un Programa de Recompra de acciones propias (el "Programa de Recompra"), al amparo de la autorización conferida a su favor en el acuerdo n.º 6 de la Junta General de Accionistas celebrada en sesión de 17 de mayo de 2023 para la adquisición derivativa de acciones propias, y de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 5 del Reglamento (UE) n.º 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado, y en los artículos 2.2 y 2.3 del Reglamento Delegado (UE) n.º 2016/1052 de la Comisión, de 8 de marzo de 2016, la Sociedad informa que ha realizado las siguientes operaciones (sobre la base de la información facilitada por Renta 4 Banco, S.A. como gestor del Programa de Recompra) durante el periodo comprendido entre el 3 de noviembre y el 7 de noviembre de 2025:

Las operaciones se han realizado en el marco del programa de recompra de acciones propias con la finalidad de cumplir con los compromisos de retribución en acciones con directivos, asesores y administradores de la Sociedad o empresas asociadas, y han sido ejecutadas por Renta 4 Banco.
En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la Circular 3/2020 del BME MTF Equity se deja expresa constancia de que la información comunicada por la presente ha sido elaborada bajo la exclusiva responsabilidad de la Sociedad y sus administradores.
