IKEJA HOTEL PLC hereby announce as follows:

31st December 2024

A Final Dividend of 15 kobo gross for every ordinary share of 50 kobo each,

subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to

shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the

close of business on Friday, 4th day of July 2025.

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, July 7, 2025 to

On Friday, August 1, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to

shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at
