IEG: Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Manager Responsible for Preparing Accounting Documents

Rimini, February 27th 2026 - Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. ("IEG" or the "Company" - IEG for Borsa Italiana S.p.A.), a company listed on Euronext Milan, a regulated market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that today Teresa Schiavina Group CFO and Manager responsible for preparing the company's financial reports, has resigned with effect from February 28th 2026 to pursue new professional paths.

In accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to the Market Regulations of Borsa Italiana, we inform that Ms. Teresa Schiavina doesn't hold any IEG ordinary shares.

The Board of Directors of IEG has been called for March, 3rd 2026 to appoint the manager responsible for the company's financial reports. The role of CFO will be assumed by the company's Chief Corporate Officer, Mr Carlo Costa, who will add the coordination of IEG's finance departments, entrusted to highly professional managers, to his responsibilities.

The Company expresses its heartfelt thanks to Dr. Teresa Schiavina for her significant professional contribution and for her fruitful support to the Group's activities over the years of collaboration.
