IEG: Appointment Of The New Manager Responsible For Preparing The Financial Documents

Rimini, March 3rd 2026 - Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. ("IEG" or the "Company" - IEG for Borsa Italiana S.p.A.), a company listed on Euronext Milan, a regulated market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces the appointment of Lucia Cicognani as the Manager responsible for preparing the company's financial documents in accordance with and pursuant to art. 154-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance.

The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, in respect of the criteria laid down by the Articles of Association.

Ms Lucia Cicognani - who has a degree in economics - boasts significant experience in administration, finance and control. She accrued multiple years of experience with EY, where she oversaw a diversified portfolio of customers in the industrial and service segments. She holds the position of Financial Reporting, M&A and Compliance Manager at the Company. Ms Cicognani's curriculum vitae will be published on the Company's website.

To the best of the Company's knowledge and in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to the Regulations of Borsa Italiana, we hereby inform you that, as of today's date, Ms Lucia Cicognani does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
