We are pleased to announce that Hulic has invested in two operating industrial properties (rental factories and logistics warehouses) located in Pune and Chennai, major industrial cities in India. This project is a joint venture with Logicap Management Pte. Ltd., which is under the umbrella of Hillhouse Group, a top-tier private equity fund in Asia. This also marks the Hulic's first investment in industrial real estate in India.

These properties are highly utilized rental factories and logistics warehouses in India, which has the world's largest population and high economic growth. They house global tenants primarily catering to the robust domestic consumption demand, which is particularly high in the region. By collaborating with Logicap, who possesses extensive experience in industrial real estate investment in India, we will strive to further enhance the property value.
