Hulic Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Takaya Maeda, Representative Director and President, hereinafter "Hulic") is investing in U.S. senior living as part of its international business.

We are pleased to announce that Hulic has invested in the active adult community "Overture Hamlin" located in Florida, USA, through a joint venture business with CIM Group.

This property is located in Winter Garden, near Orlando, an area highly popular among seniors and retirees. The active adult community is operated by Greystar group, one of the largest operators in the industry. This is our second investment with CIM Group, following "1902 Park Avenue". We aim to further enhance the property value through our cooperation with its experienced operators.
