(headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Takaya Maeda, Representative Director and President, hereinafter "Hulic") has been working on investments in assets with real demand in areas with economic and population growth such as the United States and Asia, as part of its international business.

We are pleased to announce that Hulic has invested in the student housing "Kinetic" located in Atlanta, Georgia, the U.S. with Kennedy Wilson and Kenedix, Inc. This property represents our inaugural investment in U.S. student housing.

This property is located in Midtown, Atlanta, near Georgia Tech, one of the nation's leading technological universities. It is a student housing facility operated by Cardinal, the third-largest operator by number of beds nationwide. Kennedy Wilson also has an extensive track record in student housing debt investment. We aim to further enhance the property's value through collaboration with both companies.
