Announcement of HNFHC and major subsidiaries' unaudited consolidated income in September 2025

HNFHC posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$3,093mn, after tax of
NT$2,657mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$24,624mn, and after tax was NT$19,910mn for the month ended September 2025.

Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.43, book value per share was NT$16.37.

Earnings breakdown by major subsidiaries：
HNCB posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,803mn, after tax of 
NT$2,290mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$22,516mn and after tax was NT$18,556mn for the month ended September 2025.

Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.75, book value per share was NT$23.14.
