Announcement of HNFHC and major subsidiaries' unaudited consolidated income in April 2025

HNFHC posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,061mn, after tax of
NT$1,621mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$8,775mn, and after tax was NT$6,958mn for the month ended April 2025.
Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$0.50, book value per share was NT$16.69.

Earnings breakdown by major subsidiaries：
HNCB posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,014mn, after tax of
NT$1,640mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$8,473mn and after tax was NT$6,848mn for the month ended April 2025.
Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$0.66, book value per share was
NT$23.97.
