Announcement of HNFHC and major subsidiaries' unaudited consolidated income in June 2025

HNFHC posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$4,266mn, after tax of
NT$3,332mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was 
NT$14,803mn, and after tax was NT$11,682mn for the month ended June 2025. 
Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$0.85, book value per share was NT$15.62.

Earnings breakdown by major subsidiaries：
HNCB posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$3,836mn, after tax of 
NT$3,138mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was 
NT$13,894mn and after tax was NT$11,254mn for the month ended June 2025. 
Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.08, book value per share was 
NT$22.53.
