Announcement of HNFHC and major subsidiaries' unaudited consolidated income in August 2025

HNFHC posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,959mn, after tax of
NT$2,238mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$21,531mn, and after tax was NT$17,253mn for the month ended August 2025.
Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.24, book value per share was NT$16.08.

Earnings breakdown by major subsidiaries：
HNCB posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,574mn, after tax of 
NT$2,163mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$19,713mn and after tax was NT$16,267mn for the month ended August 2025. 
Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.53, book value per share was NT$22.82.
