This is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the Board of Directors of Guinness Nigeria Plc (the Company) at its meeting held on Monday 13th April 2026, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31st March 2026, among other matters.
The approved Unaudited Financial Statements will therefore be filed with the regulators and released to the investing public through the issuers' portal on 14th April 2026.
Consequently, the closed period earlier communicated for trading in the shares of the Company by insiders and their connected persons, directly or indirectly, shall continue until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements have been filed.
