This is to update our notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the Market that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Guinness Nigeria Plc (the Company) earlier scheduled for Wednesday, 15thApril 2026, has now been moved forward to hold on Monday, 13thApril 2026 due to circumstances beyond our control.
In view of the change of date, the closed period for trading in the Company's shares by insiders which commenced on 1stApril 2026 continues and will still expire 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending 31stMarch 2026, is released to the public.
Therefore, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period.
The results for the period as approved by the Board will thereafter be uploaded through the Exchange's Issuers' Portal not later than 14thApril 2026.
