Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR dealings
AB Dynamics plc has launched its 2026 Save As You Earn Scheme, inviting eligible employees to subscribe for options over ordinary shares at an exercise price of £8.73, representing a 20 percent discount to the recent market price. A total of 65 employees, or approximately 23 percent of eligible staff, have opted in, resulting in the grant of 63,230 options on 15 May 2026, which is 0.3 percent of the current issued share capital. 19 May 2026 AB Dynamics plc Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR dealings AB Dynamics plc (the "Company"), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it has launched its 2026 Save As you Earn Scheme (the "2026 SAYE Scheme") for all eligible employees offering a savings plan over 3 years. Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of £8.73 per Ordinary Share, representing approximately a 20 percent discount to the closing mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares over the five business days from 16 April 2026 to 22 April 2026, the latter being the business day prior to the opening of the 2026 SAYE Scheme to applications. The Options have a savings contract start date of 1 July 2026 and are exercisable between 1 July 2029 and 1 January 2030. A total of 65 employees, which equates to approximately 23 percent of eligible employees, have elected to participate in the 2026 SAYE Scheme. Pursuant to this, a grant of 63,230 options over Ordinary Shares was made on 15 May 2026, equating to 0.3 percent of the current issued share capital of 22,954,463 Ordinary Shares.
