Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer
AB Dynamics plc has appointed Andrew Lewis as Interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, following the ongoing search for a permanent successor to the CFO role. Lewis brings over 30 years of finance experience, including eight years as CFO at FTSE 250 engineering business Chemring Group Plc until 2024, and previously as CFO at Avon Rubber plc. 19 February 2026 AB Dynamics plc Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer AB Dynamics plc ("AB Dynamics", the "Company" or the "Group"), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Lewis as Interim Chief Financial Officer, with immediate effect. Andrew will join the Group's Executive Committee. Following the appointment of Sarah Matthews-DeMers as Chief Executive Officer, the Company initiated a formal process to identify a successor as Chief Financial Officer. This comprehensive search is progressing as planned however recognising the likely timeline to appoint a permanent CFO, the Board has decided to make an interim appointment. Andrew brings over 30 years' experience in finance, primarily within FTSE 250 engineering businesses. Andrew was previously CFO at Chemring Group Plc for eight years until 2024 and prior to that, was CFO at Avon Rubber plc between 2008 and 2016.
