CHANGE OF REGISTERED ADDRESS
The Board of Directors of Geregu Power Plc (the "Company") hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), its shareholders, and the investing public that the Company has changed its registered address.
The Board has approved the change of the Company's registered address from 6, Onega Street, Off Gana Street, Maitama, Abuja to 4 Dala Hills Street, Maitama, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, to enhance administrative and operational efficiency.
Accordingly, shareholders, regulators, business partners, and the general public are requested to update their records to reflect the Company's new registered address.
