NOTIFICATION OF CLOSED PERIOD
In accordance with the provisions of Rule 17.18(a) Closed Period Rules, Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015 (Issuers' Rules) as amended, the Closed Period for trading Geregu Power Plc's ("the Company") shares will commence on 1st July 2026 in respect of the Second Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements & Accounts for the period ended 30th June 2026.
Consequently, no Insider, or consultant of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until 24 hours after the release of the Second Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements & Accounts for the period ended 30th June 2026 through the Issuers' Portal of Nigerian Exchange Limited and by extension, the general public.
All insiders of the Company and persons closely connected to them have been appropriately advised.
