This is to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange) and the investing public that Fortis Global Insurance Plc ("the Company") has applied for, and obtained, the approval of NGX for an extension of time within which to file and publish its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Company has been granted approval to file and publish the said Financial Statements on or before 30 April 2026.
The delay in finalising the Audited Financial Statements arose from extended audit procedures and additional review requirements identified in the course of the audit, which necessitated additional time to ensure thorough completion and compliance.
The Company remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting and assures its shareholders and the investing public that it is working diligently to ensure that the Audited Financial Statements are filed on or before 30 April 2026.
