Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 19" February 2026 to 25t' February 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under clause 5.6.4 of Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. During this period, no Director, CEO or Executive shalt, directly or indirectly deal in the shares of FCCL.
