Emergent Board Meeting of FCCL

It is heredy informed that an emergent meeting of the Board of Directors of Fauji Cement Company Limited will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 1100 hours at the Company's Head Office, Rawalpindi, to consider matters other than financial results.

The Company has declared a 'Closed Period' form 31 October 2025 to 3'd November 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the 'Closed Period'.

All concerned have been informed separately to make compliance under the aforementioned regulations of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.
