Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 18th April 2026 to 24'h April 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under clause 5.6.4 of Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. During this period, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly deal in the shares of FCCL.
