AB "East West Agro", legal entity code 300588407 (hereinafter - the Company), taking into account publicly available information regarding the planned bond issuance by UAB GESONS, which is one of the Company's shareholders, hereby informs that the Company is not related to the planned bond issue of UAB GESONS and has not assumed any obligations in connection therewith, including any obligations regarding the payment of dividends to its shareholders.
The decision on the allocation of dividends for a specific financial year is adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company. The General Meeting of Shareholders considers the issue of dividend allocation annually, taking into account the Company's financial results for the respective year and other related circumstances.
Upon adoption of a decision on dividend allocation by the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company shall immediately announce such decision via the disclosure system of NASDAQ Vilnius.
