| AB East West Agro, a public limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 300588407, with its registered office at Sausinė St. 1, Sausinė vil., Kaunas dist. municipality, Lithuania, data about the company collected and stored by the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania (the Company), hereby announces its audited financial statements for the year 2025. |
The Company publishes a single document containing the audited financial statements for 2025 together with the independent auditor's report and the management report.
The audited results slightly differ from the previously published unaudited financial results. The changes are not material to the Company's financial position or performance.
Please note that the financial statements have not yet been approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
