East West Agro, legal entity code 300588407 (hereinafter - the Company), hereby announces that on 28 May 2026 it received a notification from Management Board member Danas Šidlauskas regarding his executed sale transactions in the ordinary registered shares of East West Agro (ISIN code: LT0000132060), which the Company disclosed in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
According to the submitted notification, the following share sale transactions were concluded:
- on 28 May 2026, approximately 1 transaction were concluded for the sale of 138 shares for a total amount of EUR 1.656,00.
The Company notes that these transactions were carried out solely on the personal initiative of the Management Board member. The Company is not directly related to these transactions and does not possess information regarding the reasons that led to them.
