NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD - CUSTODIAN INVESTMENT PLCIn compliance with the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Custodian Investment Plc ("the Company") will hold on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 9:00am, to deliberate on and approve the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q1, 2026 UFS).
Consequently, the Company has entered a Closed Period from April 1, 2026, until twenty-four
(24) hours after the Company's Q1, 2026 UFS is released to Nigerian Exchange Limited and the general public.
Accordingly, no Insider of Custodian Investment Plc may directly or indirectly deal in the products or securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
