NOTIFICATION OF CLOSED PERIOD - CUSTODIAN INVESTMENT PLC
This serves to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that in compliance with the Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (Issuers' Rules) as amended, and Custodian Investment Plc's (the Company) security trading policy, all Insiders and their connected Persons are prohibited from transacting in the Company's securities from January 1, 2026, until 24 hours after the release of the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2025 and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2025 to Nigerian Exchange Limited and the general public.
Accordingly, no Insider of Custodian Investment Plc may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
