Proposed Dividend | An Interim Dividend of 25kobo for every share of 50k each, subject to appropriate withholding tax, will be paid to Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on August 15, 2025. |
Closure of Register | The Register of Members will be closed from August 18, 2025, to August 22, 2025 (both dates inclusive). |
Qualification Date | August 15, 2025 |
Payment Date | On September 9, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at August 15, 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
