A Final Dividend of N2:50 for every share of 50k each, (bringing the total dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, to N2:75kobo), subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval, will be paid to Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close

of business on April 13, 2026.

Closure of Register

The Register of Members will be closed from Tuesday, April 14, 2026 to Friday, April 17, 2026 [both dates inclusive].

Qualification Date

April 13, 2026

Payment Date

On May 8, 2026, dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at April 13, 2026 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is available on our Registrars website: MeristemRegistrars_Bank-Mandate-

Form.pdf (meristemng.com) complete and submit to the Registrar.

Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates

Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation

are advised to complete the e-dividend registration form or contact the Registrar.
