ComnetiX(TM) Inc Wins Largest Southeast US Award to Date From Moultrie, GA Police Department

Award Signifies Further Penetration of Region and Strength of Eagle Brand
                     Suite of Software Solutions

TORONTO, Nov. 28 /CNW/ -- ComnetiX(TM) Inc
(Toronto: CXI), a leading provider of biometric identification and
authentication solutions, announced that it has further expanded its installed
base in the Southeast US with the receipt of another order by its wholly owned
subsidiary, ComnetiX(TM) SE Inc. As the largest order to date from the
territory, the award is worth more than US $230,000, and was won from the
Moultrie, GA Police Department in a competitive bid. The order is comprised
of several components from the Company's recently acquired Eagle brand line of
products, including the EagleAdvantage record management system (RMS),
EagleNet data collection system and EagleResponse mobile reporting devices.
The award also includes service and maintenance agreements.
Captain Joey Lancos of the Moultrie Police Department commented, "ComnetiX
won the bid based primarily on its wide range of applications, and the
interoperability, and modular and scalable approach of its suite of
software-based solutions. What appealed to us most was the uniform crime
reporting to the state system and the validation process built into the
software system -- including the mobile reporting devices, which were
particularly impressive as they are tied into our automatic vehicle locator /
global positioning system. In addition the system will tie directly into the
Sheriff's office, permitting us to share valuable information automatically.
To sum that up simply, the ComnetiX system and the people behind it, allow us
to do our jobs more efficiently, with less attention needing to be paid to
paperwork, which allows us to focus on the more important aspects of serving
our community."
James P. Scullion, ComnetiX CEO, said, "We go to great lengths to consider
the work-flow processes of law enforcement officials, and as we were doing our
due diligence on our recent acquisition, we discovered that Paragon took the
same approach to developing its products. Not only is it important for the
workflow to be streamlined, it's important that the information be accurate,
and our systems help ensure that both goals are achieved. We're very happy to
be working with the Moultrie PD and look forward to supporting its efforts."

ComnetiX SE Inc was established as a result of the acquisition of
Carrollton, GA-based Paragon Total Solutions Inc, which operated primarily
throughout the Southeast US. The Company continues its sales efforts and is
maintaining its success in the Southeast established by Paragon.
