Subject Notification of the determination of offering date for convertible debentures

According to the Board of Directors Meeting of Chai Watana Tannery Group Public Company Limited ("The Company") No. 8/2565 held on June 10, 2022 at No. 176/1,1480, Moo, km 30, Sukhumvit Road, Taiban Subdistrict, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province, the Company would like to notify the resolution of the Board of Directors' meeting which has important resolutions as follows:
1. Approve resolved to set the date for the name of persons entitled to receive the convertible bond allocation attached with warrants to purchase ordinary shares of Chai Watana Tannery Group Public Company Limited No. 6 (CWT-W6) on June 29, 2022. In addition, the determination of offering date for convertible debentures on August 3-9, 2022 totaling 5 working days.
