Chai Watana Tannery Group Public Company Limited ( the " Company" ) had issued and offered convertible bonds of the Company No. 1/2022 with an amount of not more than 200,000,000 Baht which offered to the shareholders of the Company in proportion to By offering and allocating the whole amount to the existing shareholders of the Company who are entitled to be allocated in proportion to their respective shareholdings (Rights Offering) and the subscription date for convertible bonds was between August 3-9, 2022. The Company would like to report the results of the sale and the subscription for convertible bonds in full amount of 200,000,000 Baht. Shareholders can verify the result of the allocation of the convertible bonds from August 16, 2022 onward.
