registered shares of Green Power 1 Company Limited ( " GP1" or " the Indirect Subsidiary" ) as Chai Watana Green Company Limited ( " CWTG" ) , which is the subsidiary of the company, held 100% registered shares. GP1 increased registered capital from Baht 50,000,000 to Baht 100,000,000 from existing shareholders proportionately as follows:
