This to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited and investing public of the retirement of Mrs. Oyeyimika Adeboye as Managing Director of Cadbury Nigeria Plc (Cadbury) with effect from Sunday 30th November 2025.

Mrs. Adeboye joined the Company in November 2008 as Finance and Strategy Director. She was subsequently appointed as Managing Director on 1st April 2019.

The Board expresses its deep appreciation to Mrs. Adeboye for her exceptional service. Since her appointment to the Board in 2008, her contributions have been instrumental in achieving substantial growth for Cadbury, positioning the Company for continued, sustainable and profitable expansion.

The Board will announce the new Managing Director in due course.

Pending the formal announcement of the new Managing Director, the Board has appointed Mrs. Folake Ogundipe, the Finance Director as Interim Managing Director to be in charge of and manage the day-to-day operations of the Company

Mrs. Ogundipe joined the Cadbury in September 2025, subsequently being appointed to the Board as Finance Director. She is recognised as a distinguished executive leader with extensive multi-decade experience in driving business transformation, delivering sustained shareholder value, and fostering high-performance cultures within consumer goods sector.

The Board is confident in her capability to effectively lead the affairs of Cadbury Nigeria Plc in this transitional period.
