Cadbury Nigeria Plc (the Company) wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of the Company will hold on Thursday, 26th March 2026 at 10:00 am, at which the following items will be considered amongst other matters:

1. Audited Results for the year ended 31 December 2025

2. Dividend Proposal for year ended 31 December 2025

3. Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting.

Consequently, Cadbury Nigeria Plc had declared the commencement of closed period for trading in the shares of the Company by its insiders from 1 January 2026 until twenty-four (24) hours after the Audited Results for the year ended 31 December 2025 has been released to the Market.
