Lagos, 1Gth January 2026 CADBURY NIGERIA PLC. - NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETINGThis is to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), the investing public and shareholders that Cadbury Nigeria Plc (the Company) will hold its Q1 meeting of its Board of Directors on Monday, 26th January 2026 to approve the Q4 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2025 (2025 Q4 UFS).
In compliance with the Closed Period rules of Nigeria Exchange Limited (as amended), the Closed Period for trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders commenced from 1st January 2026 and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2025 Q4 UFS and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, are released to the public.
No insider of the Company and their connected persons may deal directly or indirectly in the shares of the Company during the Closed Period.
NGX and the investing public will also be notified of the outcome of the meeting.
