Block Listing Application

HARBOUR ENERGY PLC (" Harbour" or the " Company ")   Block Listing Application     Harbour announces that a block listing application has been made for 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.002p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.   This application replaces the prior blocking listing which terminated when Harbour shares were cancelled and readmitted following completion of the Wintershall Dea acquisition.   The shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the Company's Save As You Earn Plan.   It is expected that admission will become effective on 13 September.
