Harbour Energy plc (the "Company" or "Harbour") Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate 19 August 2024   On 8 August 2024, Harbour announced an interim dividend of $100 million (13 US cents per share) for the half year ended 31 December 2024 (the " Dividend ").   The Dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 25 September 2024 to shareholders on the register on 16 August 2024 (the " Record Date "). This announcement confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the Record Date, applicable for the Dividend.   Dividend declared Exchange Rate (GBP/USD) Dividend paid in GBP Sterling 13 US cents per share 1.2898 10.0791   A dividend re-investment plan (DRIP) is available to shareholders who would prefer to invest their dividends in the shares of the Company.
