Harbour Energy plc ("Harbour") Wintershall Dea acquisition to complete in early September 27 August 2024   Harbour is pleased to announce that it now expects to complete the acquisition of the Wintershall Dea asset portfolio in early September (versus previous guidance of early in the fourth quarter).
