The Banque Cantonale de Genève has successfully launched a new bond issue on the Swiss market. This loan contributes to the Bank's long-term refinancing, supporting its growth in financing for companies and individuals. This issue also increases the Bank's margin of safety with regard to liquidity ratio requirements.
This was BCGE's first transaction on the Swiss bond market since its highly successful issue in March, which raised EUR 500 million. High demand for the new bonds signals investors' confidence in the Bank and confirms BCGE's reputation as a high-quality issuer, as reflected in its Standard & Poor's rating of AA-/A-1+/Stable.
