In accordance with section 3 (c) of the terms and conditions of the aforementioned bond, Banque Cantonale de Genève will redeem its Additional Tier 1 (AT1) perpetual bond of CHF 135 million issued in 2019, at its own initiative and at the first possible maturity, namely 12 May 2025. The redemption amount will correspond to the nominal value of the CHF 135 million bond plus the last annual coupon of 1.875%.
