This is with reference to our earlier letter No. BIPL/CSD/2025/48 dated February 27, 2025, regarding the establishment of BIPL Exchange Company (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BankIslami Pakistan Limited.
Alhamdulillah, we are pleased to inform you that the State Bank of Pakistan has granted the authorization for Commencement of Business to BIPL Exchange Company (Private) Limited.
