respect of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Dr. Shamshad Akhtar Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Administration Block, Pakistan Stock Exchange Building, Karachi.
The shareholders/analysts/investors who are desirous of attending the session virtually are requested to register by sending an email to biplcbs@ bipl.io with the subject "Corporate Briefing Session" latest by Monday, March 30, 2026 by 1:00 p.m., along with the following particulars:

Only registered participants will be able to attend the CBS through online facility using the video connectivity link which will be provided via email.
Further, participants may send their questions in advance at biplcbs@bipl.io (subject: "Questions - CBS") latest by Monday, March 30, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. Participants are also encouraged to share their feedback by posting comments and/or selecting likes/dislikes on the recording of the session or via above referred email address with the subject "FeedBack - CSB".
In line with the applicable PSX requirements, the CBS presentation/material will be made available through PUCARS and on the Bank's website at least one day before the CBS.
