This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Bank at Karachi, to consider the Quarterly Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2026.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from April 17, 2026 (after the announcement) to April 24, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive or Executive shall directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
