Further in regards to the above application it is to inform you that in pursuant to section 132 read with 223 of the Companies Act, 2017, the Commission has granted the extension of 30 days for holding of Annual General Meeting and lying of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2026, vide letter No. SMD/PROD/Comp/(101)/2023/9 dated 08 April 2026 (copy attached).
