SHARE BUYBACK REPORTAriston Holding N.V. ("Ariston" or the "Company") announces to have purchased, in the market week from 23/02/2026 to 27/02/2026, a total of 3,429 ordinary shares, corresponding to 0.0023% of total issued ordinary shares and 0.0009% of total issued share capital, within the frame of the share buyback program (the "Program") announced on November 6th, 2025, following the Board of Directors' authorization resolved on the same date, pursuant to Article 10.3 of the Company's Articles of Association.

As a reminder:
The Program is intended to meet the obligations arising from the long-term incentives plans currently in force or to be adopted, the beneficiaries of which are (or will be) employees or other members of the administrative or management bodies of either the Company or other Ariston Group's companies.
Ariston granted a mandate to the authorized intermediary Mediobanca S.p.A. to purchase 1,000,000 Ariston ordinary shares between November 6th, 2025 and May 6th, 2027, pursuant to all applicable laws and regulations including the Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 1052/2016, and the Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014.
