SHARE BUYBACK REPORTAriston Holding N.V. ("Ariston" or the "Company") announces to have purchased, in the market week from 09/03/2026 to 13/03/2026, a total of 244,385 ordinary shares, corresponding to 0.1656% of total issued ordinary shares and 0.0656% of total issued share capital, within the frame of the share buyback program (the "Program") announced on November 6th, 2025, following the Board of Directors' authorization resolved on the November 5th2025, pursuant to Article 10.3 of the Company's Articles of Association.

After the transactions listed above, the Company held a total of 5,415,626 own shares in its portfolio, representing 3.6691% of total issued ordinary shares and 1.4535% of total issued share capital.
Following this week's purchases, the Company has reached a total of 1 million shares repurchased, marking the successful completion of the first tranche of the Program.One or more tranches of purchases may be launched to complete the Program as communicated on November 6th, 2025; all tranches will however end, in any case, no later than May 6, 2027.
As a reminder:
The Program is intended to meet the obligations arising from the long-term incentives plans currently in force or to be adopted, the beneficiaries of which are (or will be) employees or other members of the administrative or management bodies of either the Company or other Ariston Group's companies.
Ariston granted a mandate to the authorized intermediary Mediobanca S.p.A. to purchase 1,000,000 Ariston ordinary shares between November 6th, 2025 and May 6th, 2027, pursuant to all applicable laws and regulations including the Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 1052/2016, and the Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014.
